2023 HOLIDAY CAMPAIGN
Help Oxnard PAL make the holidays a great time for the many families in need throughout the City. Once again, we aim to provide 500 families in Oxnard with a turkey for Thanksgiving and 1,200 toys for Christmas. With the help of businesses, organizations, and the many residents able to give, we know we can do this!
As always, our efforts would not be possible without the help of our community. Sponsors included Reyes Coca-Cola Bottling, Granite Construction, Gold Coast Carpenters 805 Union, and Ventura County Fire Department's Spark of Love Foundation. We must not leave out the many household donations that assisted us in meeting our goal. Volunteers included Mayor John Zaragoza, Gold Coast Carpenter's Union, Women's Auxiliary 101, and Reyes Coca-Cola Bottling.
We cannot forget the amazing City staff who took time out of their busy schedule to help out with these events in some way or another such as Recreation Staff (Youth & Adult Sports, City Corps, After-School Program, Oxnard Special Populations), Oxnard Police Department, and Department Directors and Supervisors. We would also like to thank Radio Lazer for air promotion and music during our Christmas events.
